Affirming Concepts that Support the Body
Affirmations are great tools to plant seeds. Consider taking the concept of affirmation a little deeper into choosing words to foster experiences. Consciousness is a collection of concepts,which point one in a direction much like a road map shows many roads to one destination.
Words and thoughts have power when we build up our ability to experience them. For example: The word stress is a concept that encompasses dynamic energy of effort, hard, harsh, heavy, tired. Somewhere we chose the affirmation “This is stressful” and referenced something in our life to apply this affirmation to. The body does not judge the vibrations you want to experience, it takes them as road maps. Once you decide or determine something is stressful you begin to blend with the concept until your body is able to experience it.
