Awaken
As human and earth evolution is accelerating faster, and faster allot of you are awakening quicker and are without tools to handle the shift or awakening movements and feel distracted, confused, disoriented.
When one begins to awaken spiritually what is not you, not serving you or this earth lifts up to the surface to be released. Allot of you have difficulty with this. Old emotions, unfinished unresolved stories, agreements that were not healthy, concepts and limits, pains and dysfunction, karmic cycles, just to name a few. Allot of you have difficulty not becoming what is surfacing to leave or loose your space to it, thus it lingers. Allot of you are fearful of having a spiritual awakening for this simple reason, however this does not solve the puzzle of energy, and are missing out on the beauty of you!
As my gift to you I offer one of the most simplified and instrumental tools I reinforce in my classes and psychic readings. The tool of “Surrender”…you do not have to handle what is meant to be released, it is past time energy, learn how to get out of argument with it so you can let it leave.
If you find that you are experiencing what I described above(and you will) simply know that the energy of your experience is not your present time, or you in present time…it is unresolved energy(not you but simply energy) and does not need to be solved, you can release it back into the nothingness from which it came through surrender. The most instrumental and valuable tools in gaining discernment and separating out of the past surfacing experience, is allowing the simple act of observation and affirmation…with this practice it becomes easier to postulate…”Oh, this is not me or my present time” it then becomes easier to surrender it to divine forces. With observation it becomes easier for you to decide to let go of the dynamic that has surfaced from a place of separation from it, not feeling it quite so much in your energy field. Most of you will let it go…some will try to work on the energy and this is ok too as choice is yours…we all are capable of both successfully. However, the simplicity of stepping out of the event , story or emerging energy by observing and affirming it is not you or yours to hold in present time helps tremendously and is an invaluable spiritual tool, try it when it is needed. We only need to carry what is ours in the moment and can be new at all times. Learning the skill full value of being 100% fully present in the moment takes practice and will always feel like renewal…this is one of Rainbow Institutes founding philosophies of practicing the tools of soul.
Next time you feel “lit up” simply notice it and affirm “Oh that’s just not my present time” and let yourself have some separation from the energy or completely let it go…..use the tool of surrender, I am positive it will help you allot.
